What we collect through this website
This website does not have an enquiry form, does not require you to create an account, and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We do not collect personal data through the website itself.
If you contact us
If you email or telephone us using the details on our contact page, we will hold your name, contact details and the content of your message so that we can respond and, where relevant, carry out work for you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely responding to enquiries about our services and managing our client relationships, and, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter only as long as is necessary to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Correspondence that does not lead to any relationship is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We may share information with professional advisers or service providers who help us run our business, such as our email provider or accountant, and where we are required to do so by law.
Where your data is held
Our website and email are hosted by Squarespace who may process data outside the United Kingdom, in which case appropriate safeguards apply.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
